REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM

Reverse Osmosis is a filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. Colloidal matter, dissolved solids, bacteria and viruses were removed during the process of Reverse Osmosis.

To effectively provide environmental engineering solutions, Tornado utilizes this treatment system in improving the quality of treated water in a variety of applications, such as;

·         Brackish water

·         Sea water

·         TSE water

·         Recycling blow down water from district cooling plants.

Tornado commonly engineers a design in a containerized or Skid type for this system in accordance to the specific requirement of each client. Concurrent with each design, we supply the following equipment’s;

·         Pre-Treatment System (Secondary Clarification, MMF, UF & Cartridge Filters)

·         RO pressure vessels

·         RO membranes, control systems, chemical dosing systems, Instrumentation, etc.
