Project Manager – Oil and Gas – Onshore & Offshore
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Relevant Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, construction and general project management of oil & gas construction projects in UAE / Middle East countries
Requirements:
- oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes, ensuring that all the construction works are carried out as per company’s standards, project specifications, contractual obligations with quality assurance and strict compliance to HSE requirements
- manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
- perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project;
- responsible for planning the project in respect to the accomplishment of goals within constraints such as time, cost and quality standards;
- maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the defined budget;
- analyses the project’s profitability;
- weekly and monthly progress reports;
- identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
- ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project;
- minimizes exposures / risks and enforce the company’s methodology & project standards;
- managing the authorities’ requirements to execute the work of the site;
- develops good relationship with client and consultant’s personnel;
- responsible for ensuring that HSE policies are established on the project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly facilitate its implementation

Logistics Manager – Oil and Gas – Onshore & Offshore
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management / Business / Engineering / Relevant Discipline with comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Minimum of 10 years of experience logistics / warehousing / supply chain / transportation functions oil & gas construction projects / industrial environment in UAE / Middle East countries
Requirements:
- plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers / transportation companies;
- create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes to improve operational performance;
- deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements;
- monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs;
- recommends optimal transport modes, routes or frequency;
- identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement;
- identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process;
- manage all aspects of daily operations including optimum use of manpower and equipment to ensure the efficient and cost-effective handling & storage of materials

HSE Manager – Oil and Gas – Onshore & Offshore
Qualifications:
- Degree in Safety Management / Engineering / Relevant Discipline with professional qualification / certificates in HSE / Safety Management Systems; with thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in health, safety and environment in oil & gas construction projects / industrial environment in UAE / Middle East countries
Requirements:
- design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs;
- implement and monitor the HSE management system, plans and safe work procedures;
- continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE and balances overall associated costs;
- ensure compliance with local and international legal and authorities / regulatory standards / requirements;
- address regulatory agency compliance issues and third-party safety & liability issues;
- review the daily, weekly and monthly HSE site reports and statistics;
- provide regular written reports and updates to the management;
- assist project team in investigating all incidents and ensure proper records are completed and submitted;
- conducts safety audits both internal and external;
- conduct hazard and risk assessments;
- ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are developed, documented, implemented and tested;
- organize and facilitate training, drills and exercises for emergency preparedness and response
- devise trainings / campaigns to staff and all stakeholders which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness

Tendering / Estimation Manager – Oil and Gas – Onshore & Offshore
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Relevant Engineering Discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, construction and general project management of oil & gas construction projects in UAE / Middle East countries
Requirements:
- manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tendering team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and profitability;
- analyzes and negotiates tender quotations / prices of subcontractors and suppliers, technically and commercial viability;
- identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards;
- analyzes tender documentation including quantities, delivery deadlines, terms and conditions;
- enquires, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification / technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings;
- reviews and finalizes project cost estimates in terms of the required materials as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material / equipment and manpower requirements; this includes all systems and services conforming to client specifications / requirements;
- finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval
